I wanted to write you this letter to let you know that your Executive Security team did a fantastic job for us during this past year's Football and Basketball seasons. Their professional demeanor was apparent to both our staff and spectators. We received many compliments on how helpful and congenial the entire Executive staff was during all of our games. Your staff was always punctual and organized; always ready to get directly to work. They were well trained and always carried out their assignments with class. We noticed a tremendous difference in our game management operations with the addition of your team.

Bob, the suggestions that you made after evaluating some of our procedures were a great help in making some very positive adjustments on game day. The parking area flowed much better and the controls you helped put in place made a real impact at the main gates and inside the stadium. Your wife did a fantastic job with our VIP booth and there was much more control of that area than in the past. You did a fantastic job as supervisor. I knew that I could go to you to make any change during the games and your staff always made adjustments easily. I really respected that you attended every game; it really meant a lot to us that you made that extra effort.
